These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Clip ("Service") provided by susupod ("Company", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Clip is a Chrome extension that allows you to clip web content and store it locally, with optional backup to Google Drive.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• You need Chrome or a Chromium-based browser
• A Google account is required for Google Drive backup functionality

3. Free Plan and Pro License

3.1 Free Plan

The Free plan provides unlimited access to core features. The Free plan may change, but existing users will be notified at least 90 days in advance.

3.2 Pro License

• Lifetime License: One-time purchase for permanent access
• Personal Use: One user may use it on multiple devices
• Updates Included: All future updates are included
• Non-Transferable: License cannot be transferred to others

3.3 Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchasing a Pro license. No questions asked, full refund guaranteed. Send refund requests to clip.susupod@gmail.com.

4. User Content

• Copyright of clipped content belongs to the original creators
• You should only clip content for personal use
• Clipping illegal content is prohibited
• We do not access or review your clipped content

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Service
• Distributing malicious code through the Service
• Interfering with other users' use of the Service
• Sharing or reselling licenses without authorization

6. Service Changes and Termination

• We may update or modify the Service at any time
• Significant changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance
• If the Service is discontinued, Pro users will receive a prorated refund

7. Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided "as is"
• We are not liable for data loss resulting from use of the Service
• Regular backups are recommended
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid

9. Intellectual Property

• Clip's source code, design, and logo are our property
• You are granted a license to use the Service, not ownership

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be modified. Significant changes will be notified through in-app notifications or email at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
